  1. Refunds for Services 1.1 Unicorndigital strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

1.2 Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the completion of the service.

1.3 Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed satisfactorily, or if the client has approved the work.

1.4 If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the service that was provided and the nature of the dissatisfaction.

  1. Refunds for Products 2.1 Unicorndigital sells a variety of products, including software, plugins, and digital downloads. Refunds for products will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Requests for refunds for products must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, downloaded, or accessed.

2.3 If a refund is approved for a product, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable fees or charges.

  1. Processing of Refunds 3.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
